Teletalk Emergency balance
The Emergency Balance Service provides balance advance loans to Teletalk customers to use the mobile operator’s services at zero or less balance. The service is available via SMS and USSD.The Emergency Balance Service analyzes the customer’s scoring features and verifies whether the loan requested by the customer can be granted. The customer can request for a maximum of his dues or a fixed loan amount. Customers are charged a service fee for using the Emergency Balance service.
