Grameenphone has come up with a unique service to recharge the mobile of loved ones from afar – Smart Load. Grameenphone has brought the Smart Load service so that the close people can stay close in any situation. With this service, from now on you can recharge your loved one’s prepaid mobile with any amount through scratch card, anytime, very easily!
flexiload Method

• Recharge loved one’s prepaid mobile through scratch card by dialing: *555* PIN of scratch card

  Number*Dial the mobile number# of the recipient.
  
  Example *555*017xxxxxxxx # Dial 

• After that, a USSD notification will come on your mobile, so that you will be sure about the recharge.
• Whoever gets the balance, no notification will come on his mobile.
• If the sender tries to reuse a PIN, he will receive a notification that says “Sorry this scratch card has already been used”.

flexiload Conditions

• On whose mobile will be recharged, the balance period will also be applicable on his mobile.
• The balance period will be applicable as per scratch card period.
• No separate charges are applicable for this service.
• This service is applicable for prepaid customers only.
