Emergency balance terms
- The minimum emergency balance for all customers is 11
- Find out the emergency balance allotted to you by dialing *121*1010*2#
- Customer needs to dial *121*1*3 # (charge free) to get emergency balance
- Customers can use Emergency Balance (including port) for any voice call and any SMS.
- Emergency Balance will not charge any incoming SMS, monthly subscription fee and EDGE usage.
- Minutes purchased (e.g. Bundle) and other free bonuses will be given priority over Emergency Balance in terms of usage.
- Customer needs to dial *121*1*3# to check Emergency Balance Amount (Charge Free)
- Emergency balance amount can be used at any time.
- Customers will be able to take the next emergency balance only after paying the previous amount.
- The amount of Emergency Balance will be determined based on the usage of the customer
- Roaming usage does not apply to Emergency Balance.
- Upon subsequent recharge of the customer, the Emergency Balance amount will be deducted only from the amount recharged or refilled. In case of partial recharge (less than the spent emergency balance), the partial amount will be deducted from the recharge amount and the remaining amount will be deducted from the subsequent recharge or refill.
